Title:	Use adaptation for educational technology during the pandemic of the COVID-19 in Mexico Adaptación al uso tecnología en el ámbito educativo durante la pandemia derivada del COVID-19 en México

Description:	The COVID-19 pandemic took the world off guard. In Mexico, as in many other parts of the world, millions of students switched from the classroom to distance learning from one day to the other. In this paper are presented results form a survey applied to Mexican university professors and students, aimed to understand their adaptation and their involvement in the technologies to support online education. On hundred and eighty-seven teachers and 1297 students from diverse parts of the Mexican republic participated. Main results indicated that, the users’ attitude towards the future use and learning of the technologies, is influenced by the technology sustainability perceived as a result of its innovation in contrast with its preservation. Other results show that, even they have been adapted to the technology, they miss classrooms. La pandemia por el COVID-19 tomó al mundo por sorpresa. En México, al igual que en muchas partes del mundo, millones de estudiantes cambiaron al aprendizaje en línea de un día para otro. En este documento se presentan los resultados de una encuesta aplicada a estudiantes universitarios con la finalidad de entender tanto su adaptación como el involucramiento en las tecnologías para la educación en línea. Participaron 1297 alumnos de diversas partes de la República mexicana. Los principales resultados indican que, la actitud de los usuarios de cara al futuro hacia las tecnologías, su uso y aprendizaje, se ve influida por la sustentabilidad percibida como resultado de innovación en contraste con su preservación. Otros resultados muestran que, aun cuando la adaptación a la tecnología ha sido favorable, los estudiantes extrañan el salón de clase.
