Description:	This paper develops an endogenous growth model that describes the effects of investment in embeddedtechnology on labor learning on production growth in the manufacturing sector. It is based on the fact that, theaccumulation of workers' skills is an improvement in productivity that occurs when technological resources are allocated that improve the production process, which influences learning, and in turn, makes more efficient the work for the increase in skills. The results showing that the growth of production per worker in the sector is positively affected by the efficiency of technological learning of the workforce. Thus, the greater thetechnological capacity in the company, the worker acquires greater skills that impact the growth of production.Also, it is noted that there is a direct positive relationship between wages and learning acquisition.Keywords: learning, production growth, job skills, technology investment. En el presente trabajo se desarrolla un modelo de crecimiento endógeno que describe los efectos que tiene lainversión en tecnología incorporada en el aprendizaje de la mano de obra sobre el crecimiento de la producciónen el sector manufacturero. Se parte del hecho que, la acumulación de habilidades de los trabajadores es unamejora de la productividad que tiene lugar cuando se asignan recursos tecnológicos que mejoran el proceso deproducción, lo cual, influye en el aprendizaje, y a su vez hace más eficiente el trabajo por el incremento dehabilidades. Los resultados muestran que, el crecimiento de la producción por trabajador en el sector es afectadade manera positiva por la eficiencia del aprendizaje de la mano de obra. Así, cuanto mayor es la capacidadtecnológica en la empresa, el trabajador adquiere mayores habilidades que impactan en el crecimiento de laproducción. También, se observa que hay una relación directa positiva entre salarios y adquisición deaprendizajes.
