| Description: | This study shows the profiles of the Japanese residents in Guadalajara in 2009; their sociodemographic composition according to gender, age range, occupation, education level, reasons for living in Guadalajara, areas of residence, among others. It is based on quantitative data collected by the author. Before this analysis, came up for a historical review of the classification of Japanese immigrants in Mexico. En este estudio se muestran los perfiles de los residentes japoneses en Guadalajara en el año 2009; su composición sociodemográfica de acuerdo con el género, rango de edad, ocupación, nivel educativo, razones para vivir en Guadalajara, zonas de residencia, entre otros. Se basa en datos cuantitativos recogidos por la autora. Previo a este análisis se hizo una revisión históricade la clasificación de los inmigrantes japoneses en México. |
