On December 30, 1992, Decree Law No. 26120 was published, authorizing the adoption of measures aimed at the restructuring of some state-owned companies, including Petroperú and Enapu, which included approving and implementing "cessation" programs volunteer staff, with or without incentives. " El 30 de diciembre de 1992 se publicó el Decreto Ley No. 26120, mediante el cual se autorizó la adopción de medidas destinadas a la reestructuración de algunas empresas estatales, incluidas Petroperú y Enapu, lo cual incluyó aprobar y poner en ejecución programas de “cese voluntario de personal, con o sin incentivos”. |
