Description: | The principle of equality and non-discrimination permeates the entire legal system. Any treatment that is discriminatory with respect to the exercise of any of the rights recognized in the Constitution is, per se, incompatible with it. Any situation that, considering it superior to a certain group, leads to treat it with some privilege, or that, conversely, as inferior, is treated with hostility or in any way discriminated against from the enjoyment of rights that are recognized to who do not consider themselves involved in such situation. |
