Description:	On November 23, 2016, it was 150 years since the promulgation of the Commercial Code of the Republic of Chile by President José Joaquín Pérez, which became effective on January 1, 1867, exactly ten years after the Code Civil written by Andrés Bello. To celebrate this sesquicentennial, various commemorative activities were organized, such as the preparation of a facsimile reprint of the Prince's edition of the Code, ordered to be composed by order of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. As far as we know, of her and of the documented historical study composed to accompany her by Prof. Javier Barrientos Grandon, news has already been given in two reviews. El 23 de noviembre de 2016 se cumplieron 150 años de la promulgación del Código de Comercio de la República de Chile por parte del Presidente José Joaquín Pérez, el cual comenzó a regir el 1° de enero de 1867, exactamente diez años después que el Código Civil redactado por Andrés Bello. Para celebrar este sesquicentenario se organizaron diversas actividades conmemorativas, como la preparación de una reimpresión facsimilar de la edición príncipe del Código mandada componer por encargo de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Hasta donde sabemos, de ella y del documentado estudio histórico compuesto para acompañarla por el Prof. Javier Barrientos Grandon se ha dado noticia ya en dos recensiones.
