| Description: | In this essay, the author has the objetive of exposing how relevant the right to information is in a democracy. In this regard, the right is analyzed starting from the description of the main conceptual elements that it comprises, such as its nature of autonomous right, concept, object ant content; all of this, without ignoring the prevailing situation in Mexico concerning this fundamental right. En el presente ensayo, el autor se plantea como objetivo exponer la relevancia que para la democracia posee el derecho a la información. En este sentido, se analiza tal derecho a partir de la descripción de los principales elementos conceptuales que el mismo comprende, tales como su carácter de derecho autónomo, concepto, objeto y contenido; lo anterior, sin ignorar la situación que prevalece en México con relación al referido derecho fundamental. |
