Title:	Monitoreo y evaluación de la adaptación al cambio climático, enfocados en el aprendizaje: estado del arte

Description:	The learning process constitutes one of the most important objectives of monitoring and evaluation of climate change adaptation (M&E-ACC), due to the knowledge (for this evaluation), reflection and criticism that is generated. This article analyses the role of the learning process in the M&E-ACC, and highlights its importance in the development of strategies and actions in order to reduce the vulnerability, enhance the adaptive capacities, identify the risks and strengthen the resilience of the natural and social systems, as well as in the construction of new models of intervention to confront the impact of climate change. To accomplish this, a study elaborated by the INECC was consulted, on which 94 titles are explored; and from these titles 24 were selected to analyse the different approaches and methodologies centered in the learning process and propose a new perspective for the analysis of the M&E-ACC. El aprendizaje constituye uno de los objetivos más importantes del monitoreo y evaluación de la adaptación al cambio climático (M&E-ACC), ya que genera conocimiento para el examen, la reflexión y la crítica. Este artículo analiza el papel de aprendizaje en el M&E-ACC, y destaca su importancia en el desarrollo de estrategias y acciones para reducir la vulnerabilidad, incrementar las capacidades adaptativas, identificar los riesgos y fortalecer la resiliencia de los sistemas natural y social, así como en la construcción de nuevos modelos de intervención para enfrentar los impactos del cambio climático. Para ello se utilizó un estudio del INECC donde se exploran 94 títulos de los cuales se seleccionaron 24 para analizar los distintos abordajes y metodologías centradas en el aprendizaje y ofrecer una nueva perspectiva de análisis del M&E-ACC.
