| Description: | The feasibility of developing a strategy to proceed with the closure of the detention center at Guantánamo Bay is being studied, using restorative justice as a system to achieve an exit from this conflict, which has undermined international credibility of the United States of America as guarantor of the defense of Human Rights in the face of tyrannies, injustices and oppression. For this, the theoretical expositions of the restorative justice are exposed, applying to the problematic object of study. Se estudia la viabilidad de desarrollar una estrategia para proceder al cierre del centro de detenciones de la bahía de Guantánamo, empleando la justicia restaurativa como mecanismo para lograr una salida a este conflicto, que lleva dos décadas sin resolución y que ha minado la credibilidad internacional de los Estados Unidos de América como garante de la defensa de los DDHH frente a las tiranías, las injusticias y la opresión. Para ello, se exponen los planteamientos teóricos de la justicia restaurativa, aplicándolo a la problemática objeto de estudio. |
