| dc.description | The purpose of the research is to understand how the local public space contributes to promoting activities and social relations that give a sense of belonging and identity to the habitat, to deduce elements that might be used to create strategies, to allow and restore the social fabric in Atenco. Explains three dimensions of analysis such as: the functional spatial, the sociocultural and the economic dimension, that is retaken as a transversal note. We worked on a horizontal based-methodology under the dialogues of knowledge and developed open-ended interviews to the voices of everyday life not heard. In summary, the results show that those elements are: promotion of community participation, sustainable integration of the various land uses, taking into account the voices of daily life that are generally not heard, signifying the public space through its connotation as an area of representation of the community and not only as equipment in quantitative terms, to vindicate the fields of cultivation as meeting points and alternative and priority coexistence. We concluded that the public space that gives a sense of belonging and identity to the habitat in the study area is built up from activities and social relations that characterize both the rural and urban areas, since resistance is defined through customs, and rituals of daily life in public space, becoming the political dimension of social life. | en-US |
| dc.description | El fin de la investigación es comprender la manera en que el espacio público local coadyuva a impulsar las actividades y las relaciones sociales que otorgan sentido de pertenencia e identidad al hábitat, para deducir elementos que puedan utilizarse para la elaboración de estrategias que permitan el restablecimiento del tejido social en Atenco. Se sustenta en tres dimensiones de análisis como: la espacial funcional, la sociocultural y la dimensión económica que se retoma como referente transversal. Se utiliza la metodología basada en la producción horizontal de conocimiento (phc) bajo los diálogos de saberes y la ejecución de entrevistas abiertas a las voces de la vida cotidiana no escuchadas. En síntesis, los resultados arrojan que los elementos son: el impulso de la participación comunitaria, la integración sostenible de los diversos usos de suelo, tomar en cuenta las voces de la vida cotidiana que generalmente no son escuchadas, resignificar el espacio público a través de su connotación como ámbito de representación de la comunidad y no sólo como equipamiento en términos cuantitativos, reivindicar los campos de cultivo como lugares de encuentro y convivencia alternativa y prioritaria. Se concluye que el espacio público que otorga sentido de pertenencia e identidad al hábitat en la zona de estudio se construye a partir de actividades y relaciones sociales que caracterizan tanto al ámbito rural como al urbano, pues la resistencia se ha definido a través de las costumbres y rituales de la vida cotidiana en el espacio público, constituyéndose como la dimensión política de la vida social. | es-ES |
