| Descripción: | Do we really have the Right to Justice? It seems that only to Divine Justice. Constitutional Article 17 in the first paragraph says that no person can do justice by itself, or exercise violence to claim their right, so that Justice materializes at the time the State administers it, and to that end, creates courts that will issue their judgments promptly, completely and impartially, according to the same article 17; But, what happens when reality exceeds the norm and does not comply with the spirit of the law; how citizens are explained that the law and its application have little or nothing to do with JUSTICE. ¿En verdad tenemos Derecho a la Justicia? Tal parece que solo a la Justicia Divina. El artículo 17 Constitucional en el primer párrafo señala que ninguna persona podrá hacerse justicia por si misma, niejercer violencia para reclamar su derecho, por lo que la Justicia se materializa en el momento en que el Estado la administra, y con tal fin, crea tribunales que emitirán sus sentencias de manera pronta, completa e imparcial, según reza el mismo artículo 17; pero, qué sucede cuando la realidad supera la norma y no se cumple con el espíritu de la ley; cómo se explica a los ciudadanos que la ley y su aplicación poco o nada tienen que ver con la JUSTICIA. |
