Descripción:	An inventory of trees and shrubs in CUCBA was updated based on the work of one of the authors. For this purpose, tours were carried out in the facilities of the University Center and thus validate the presence of the previously listed species. The nomenclature of the taxa, their origin, and information on the presence of mistletoe and the risk status were added. A list of 214 species of trees and shrubs in 148 genera of 61 families is presented. Of these, the five most diverse represent 32% of the total and Fabaceae, Euphorbiaceae and Pinaceae stand out. The number of species added to the previous work are 95 and 51 that no longer exist were eliminated. Sheets with photographs of some representative species are presented. Of the total species, 156 are trees and 58 are shrubs, so far, the largest number of tree species recorded in the entire University Network. Regarding the origin of the trees and shrubs, 133 are native to Mexico and the rest are introduced. Of the 133 native taxa, 97 are trees, which also represents the largest number of native tree species on the Network. The contribution of the Didactic Botanical Garden of the Institute of Botany stands out for hosting a considerable number of these native species and contributing to teaching as a valuable teaching tool. CUCBA is home to emblematic and economically important species. The percentage of species infected by mistletoes is 15%. In terms of conservation, 16 taxa are in some risk category of the NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010, on the IUCN Red List of threatened species 93 are registered, although only 22 present greater risk and 71 are registered in the category of Low Concern. In Appendix II of CITES 10 species are listed. Se actualizó un inventario de los árboles y arbustos en el CUCBA a partir del trabajo de uno de los autores. Para tal fin se llevaron a cabo recorridos en las instalaciones del Centro Universitario y validar así la presencia de las especies previamente listadas. Se arregló la nomenclatura de los taxones, su origen, y se agregó información sobre la presencia de muérdago y el estatus de riesgo.Se presenta un listado de 214 especies de árboles y arbustos en 148 géneros de 61 familias. De éstas las cinco más diversas representan el 32% del total y destacan Fabaceae, Euphorbiaceae y Pinaceae. Al trabajo previo se le adicionaron 95 especies y se eliminaron 51 que ya no existen. Se presentan láminas con fotografías de algunas especies representativas. Del total de las especies 156 son árboles y 58 son arbustos, hasta ahora el mayor número de especies arbóreas registradas en toda la Red Universitaria.Con respecto al origen de los árboles y arbustos, 133 son nativos de México y los restantes introducidos. De los 133 nativos, 97 son árboles, lo cual también representa el mayor número de especies arbóreas nativas en la Red.Destaca el aporte del Jardín Botánico Didáctico del Instituto de Botánica por albergar un número considerable de esas especies nativas, y coadyuvar a la docencia como una valiosa herramienta didáctica.El CUCBA alberga especies emblemáticas y de importancia económica.El porcentaje de especies infectadas por muérdagos es del 15%. Desde el punto de vista de la conservación, 16 taxones se encuentran en alguna categoría de riesgo de la NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010, en la Lista Roja de especies amenazadas de la UICN se registran 93 aunque solo 22 presentan mayor riesgo y 71 se reconocen en la categoría de preocupación menor. En el apéndice II de la CITES se encuentran 10 especies.
