| Descripción: | El arte de Doris Salcedo y Beatriz González es un arte hecho con las huellas de la historia reciente de Colombia. El presente trabajo pretende brindar las miradas que estas dos artistas tienen sobre los actos violentos en la sociedad colombiana, el cómo este se configura para crear atmósferas de reconstrucción de los hechos, de rescate de la memoria histórica y afectiva de los actores del conflicto. Es una indagación sobre las maneras que tiene el arte para reconstruir una historia rota por las masacres y los constantes atropellos a la humanidad del otro. Traces which tell stories. Views in art of the violence in Colombia The art of Doris Salcedo and Beatriz Gonzalez is art which is produced with the footprints of the recent history of Colombia. This essay will endeavour to show the views these two artists have toward the violent acts in Colombian society, how this creates the feelings of reconstruction of the happenings, of the rescue of the historic and affective memory of the participants in the conflict. It is an examination of the means which art has to reconstruct a history which is shattered by massacres and the constant attacks on the humanity of others.
