Descripción:	Abstract The objective of this study was to analyze the evolution and legislative reforms in collective labor matters in our country, particularly the bureaucratic law that appears from the addition of section B of article 123 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, with emphasis on the bureaucratic law of the State of Tabasco,  and determine whether there has been flexibility in union regulation   Resumen El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la evolución y las reformas legislativas en materia colectiva laboral en nuestro país, particularmente el derecho burocrático que aparece a partir de la adición del apartado B del artículo 123 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, con énfasis en la ley burocrática del Estado de Tabasco, y determinar si ha existido flexibilidad en la reglamentación sindical
